Project Management Handbook
The Project Management Handbook gives practical guidance to the coordinator, coordinating bodies, and project partners for project management and administration. It also includes mechanisms for overall management, quality control, contingency planning, corrective actions, and change management that may become necessary during the life cycle of the project.

Data Management Plan
Data Management Plan (DMP) describes the data management life cycle for all the data to be collected, processed, and/or generated during implementation of LETSGROW. This is a living document, that describes the methodology and standards to be followed. It will be updated by UCP acting as DMP manager in collaboration with the partners’ Data Protection Officers (DPOs) and will align with the recommendations of the Ethics, Diversity and Responsible Innovation panel (EDRRIP) that will also be consulted prior to the submission of the DMP.

Training Calendar
Training Calendar, outlines the full training program, which consists of 37 activities, including 21 online courses, 13 face-to-face (F2F) sessions, and 3 summer schools. The training is designed to be flexible, competency-based, and aligned with the ResearchComp Framework1 and ERA Policy Agenda2, promoting career interoperability. The schedule ensures a balanced distribution of online and in-person opportunities over the project timeline, maximising accessibility for mobility-selected talents while opening opportunities for consortium staff and external stakeholders.

Mobility Monitoring Toolkit
The Mobility Monitoring Toolkit aims to ensure that each Talent: 1) follows a training plan (Talents are asked to specify if the training is from LETSGROW to identify and capture other potential recurrent trainings that could be integrated in the LETSGROW training opportunities), 2) before the mobility, fills the PCDP before departure with the respective mentors, 3) is provided the MSP from their host institution to facilitate technicalities, and 4) fills in the RP before return, to be implemented and reflected on.
