Open Access Training Repository

Welcome to the LETSGROW Open Access Training Repository, a centralized hub designed to accelerate Research & Innovation (R&I) talent development. Created for researchers and professional talents across academic and non-academic sectors, as well as partner EU initiatives, this platform offers flexible, open-access tools to support continuous upskilling and career progression.

Our repository hosts a growing collection of self-paced online courses, concise video tutorials, and practical guidelines focused on key R&I competencies, professional positioning, and sector transitions. Beyond serving on-demand learners, this library is actively integrated into LETSGROW Summer Schools to broaden outreach and foster lifelong learning across the European research community.
