Held from 16 to 19 June, the LETSGROW Summer School in Sustainable Innovation Management was an intensive initiative designed to equip young researchers with the skills, tools and practical perspectives needed to transform research into sustainable solutions with real impact.
Over four days, participants had the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of innovation management, explore internationally recognised methodologies, and understand the challenges and opportunities associated with sustainability and the circular economy.
The programme stood out for its diversity, combining sessions led by specialists, interactive workshops and case studies from leading organisations and companies. This approach enabled participants to engage directly in real experiences of sustainable innovation and apply the concepts learned in practical contexts.
The initiative also fostered an informal and collaborative environment that encouraged the sharing of experiences, close interaction with experts and the creation of connections between participants and invited entities. The presence of organisations from different sectors enriched the debate and offered a broad perspective on the role of innovation in building a more sustainable future.
Integrated into the activities of the LETSGROW project, the Summer School aimed not only to generate new ideas but also to strengthen the ability to turn them into action, preparing a new generation of professionals and researchers to lead innovation processes with a positive impact on society and the environment.
