  • Key elements of EU legal regulation on research data

  • Responsibilities and opportunities for researchers

  • Legal interoperability, including data licensing models

  • Data protection and research ethics

  • Future regulatory perspectives, including:

    • the European Strategy for Artificial Intelligence in Science

    • the Data Union Strategy for unlocking data for AI

    • the Digital Omnibus Regulation proposal
