LETSGROW’s vision is to create a cross-sector ecosystem with effective dialogue where R&I Talents can be guided to design their career paths, increase their employability and career interoperability. The project will build a roadmap for this vision in the agri-food sector, as a model to other sectors.
Develop a training roadmap and mobility plan, based on the needs of the academic and NA sectors, that enables R&I Talents to build their skills set, improving their competitiveness and employability, as well as strengthening the interoperability of their careers – and enable employers to support them while boosting innovation.
Improve and expand access to knowledge and infrastructure to the agri-food sector and innovation capacity, making smart use of complementary skills and competencies of the academic and NA partners, with focus in widening countries. LETSGROW will complementarily exploit research and R&I capacity building mobilities.
Contribute to the development of tools and policies that promote more attractive and interoperable R&I careers and promote a more geographically balanced talent circulation.
